An excellent alternative to itemized charges. A complete Traditional Service Package
This charge includes the services of the Funeral Director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home (within 25 mile radius), embalming, use of facilities for viewing and funeral ceremony, hearse, committal or other disposition service. The casket which is included, is a non-gasketed 20-guage unit. Note -Should the deceased exceed the dimensions of the casket listed above, the amount of the service changes according to the price of the oversized casket. The following offerings are not included in this package and may be selected at additional costs; cemetery fees, newspaper notices, copies of death certificate, programs, family car/limo, police escort, clergy, musician and local and state taxes are additional charges.

The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation.
You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

Direct Cremation $1,095.00
Our charges for simple cremation(without ceremony) include transportation from place of death anywhere in the Atlanta area, administrative and staff services, refrigeration, cremation container, cremation and filing of death certificate.
This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; and transfer of remains to the funeral home.
This package does not include viewing. Viewing for identification purposes only.

Cremation with a Memorial Service $2,095.00
Cremation and Memorial Service at Cascade Chapel
This package includes the basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home, cremation and use of facility for memorial service. The following offerings are not included and may be selected at additional cost; Newspaper notices, copies of Death Certificate, programs, family car, limo, police escort, clergy and musician, selected Urn and local and state taxes.

This package includes basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff, removal and transfer of remains to the funeral home, ( within 25 mile radius) embalming, rental of casket, use of facilities for viewing on the day of service and use of Cascade Chapel for funeral ceremony. Includes transfer to Crematory, cremation and filing of death certificate. The following offerings are not included and may be selected at additional cost: Newspaper notices, copies of death certificate, programs, family car, limo, police escort, clergy and musician, selected urn and local and state taxes. Should the dimensions of the deceased exceed the dimensions of the rental casket, additional charges will apply.

However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
